Event Marketer (Omani Women Preferred)

Role Summary:
A dynamic communicator with a strong grasp of IT, crypto, and AI trends—tasked with driving engagement and registrations for AMWAJ’s IT events. This role blends strategic marketing with cultural fluency and tech literacy.

🔧 Core Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Design and launch multi-platform campaigns (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email)
• Tailor messaging for Omani audiences with cultural and linguistic sensitivity
• Audience Engagement
• Build trust with tech-curious communities
• Respond to inquiries and guide participants through registration funnels
• Coordinate live interactions during events (polls, Q&A, feedback loops)
• Content Creation & Localization
• Write clear, compelling copy in Arabic and English
• Collaborate with designers to ensure visual and tonal consistency
• Performance Reporting
• Track campaign metrics and adjust strategies based on engagement
• Provide weekly insights on audience behavior and conversion rates
• Suggest improvements for future events based on feedback and data

  • Manage engagement across social platforms
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency

AI Expert

  • Design and deploy intelligent algorithms and machine learning models to solve real-world problems in education, finance, or user experience.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and developers to build scalable AI systems using NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.

  • Collaborate with AI and SEO teams to ensure content is semantically rich and machine-readable.
  • Monitor answer box performance and adjust formatting, markup, and phrasing to improve visibility.
  • Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes that affect conversational and AI-driven search results.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve organic visibility across search engines.
  • Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and metadata for better indexing and ranking.
