AMWAJ aims to provide a smooth experience for both participants and event organizers.
Event Registration Cancellation
Participants may request cancellation of their registration before the scheduled event.
Refund Requests
Where refunds are applicable, requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days from the payment date and before the event begins.
After an event has commenced or where services have already been provided, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise approved by the event organizer or required by applicable law.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, participants may be offered:
- A full refund; or
- Transfer to another event; or
- Credit toward a future event,
subject to the organizer’s policy.
Organizer Changes
Event organizers may modify:
- Event dates
- Speakers
- Venue
- Schedule
- Delivery format (online, hybrid, or in-person)
where reasonably necessary.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institutions.
